standing instructions for
PRODUCT LIABILITY
TO READ CAREFULLY BEFORE FIRST USING
1. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
This tool must be used only for the work it has been designed.
i.e. :
<< to get larger, by successive expansions, the inner diameter of
a WIRSBO-PEX pipe on which a ring is fitted, to be able to insert the
end of a fitting this, in order to get a sealed connection
(unremovable) due to the elastic return of the pipe >>
2. SPECIAL SPECIFICATIONS:
2.1 - The pliers must be used only by hands.
Particularly, do not increase the length of the handle with a pipe.
2.2 - Do not modify the caracteristics and the design of the tool.
Particularly > do not modify the shape and the sizes of the cone in grinding it
>do not heat the tool or keep it by
a high temperature source in order not to modify its initial
caracteristics : hardness, resilience etc...
2.3 - Use the pliers only for the work for which it has been designed for.
Particularly do not try to make any flare on other kind of pipe (plastic pipe or not) than WIRSBO pipes.
2.4 - Use the tool correctly
Particularly > tighten entirely the tool on the nose of the pliers to get the full expansion
> be careful to insert the conical part straight inside the pipe.
2.5 - Work only with tool in good condition (no dust of oil on the tool nose and expanding surfaces
2.6 - Keep a good equilibration during your work,
Do not take the pliers as a support
2.7 - The heads used with the pliers must be of the same origin
2.8 - Clean and grease regularly the
needle and the inner of the heads segments : you will decrease the
efforts on the handles, increase the life of your tool and keep the
expansion diameter to the right dimension for the fittings.
3. SAFETY ORDERS:
3.1 - The area where the connections of pipe will be made, must be left free
3.2 - Contact with any parts under voltage must be avoid.
3.3 - Keep children away
3.4 - Wear adapted working clothes and shoes
3.5 - Never use, carry or put the pliers away without any head fitted on it, in order to avoid :
> the deposit of dust between the
needle and the head segments that could generate some abnormal wears or
too wide expansions.
> the injuries of somebody
> to damage the needle wether the tool falls down..
4. THE NON COMPLIANCE WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID ANY AND ALL PRODUCT LIABILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER.
